Account Deletion Instructions
We respect your right to data privacy and deletion. If you decide to delete your Kotla App account, you can do so directly from within the mobile app or by submitting a web request below. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
⚠️ What is deleted when your account is closed?
- Your profile settings, name, and registered phone number.
- Your uploaded CNIC photos and verified badge status.
- Your active marketplace product listings and video promotions.
- Your chat history, VoIP calls history, and in-app notifications.
- Your digital wallet balances (including earned Kotla Tokens and tickets).
Method 1: Inside the Mobile App (Recommended)
- Open the Kotla App on your mobile device and log in.
- Open the sidebar navigation drawer and select Edit Profile.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the settings screen and tap Delete Account Permanently.
- Confirm your action. Your account and data will be removed instantly.
Method 2: Submit a Web Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, please fill out the form below. Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated database records within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation.
