Acceptance of Terms

By downloading Kotla App, accessing our website, or using any of our community services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all citizens, merchants, delivery riders, and visitors using the platform.

🤝 Community Values

Kotla App is a free, non-profit community utility designed to connect local areas in Pakistan. We expect all participants to engage respectfully. Spamming, fake listings, fraud, and harassing behavior are strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.

User Registrations & Verification

Accuracy: You agree to provide a valid phone number and accurate location details. Fake numbers or unauthorized spoofing are banned.
CNIC Verification: Document verification requests must provide valid government-issued CNIC documents. Submitting forged documents or using another individual's identity is illegal and will result in immediate termination of account services.
Workforce Credentials: Merchants are fully responsible for the credentials, actions, and ledger records of the staff profiles they create under their business accounts.

Marketplace, Listings, & Orders

Classified Ads: Sellers must post real, authentic classified listings. Advertisements for prohibited items (including firearms, illegal drugs, and copyright-infringing content) are blocked.
Food Orders: Buyers must honor their delivery or pickup orders. Repeatedly rejecting delivery orders may result in restriction of delivery options.
Property Manager: Malls, Plazas, and property groups listed under the Big Business category are responsible for coordinating rent contracts and ledger records accurately. Kotla App acts solely as a management tool and is not liable for rent disputes.

Kotla Tokens & Economy

Kotla Tokens (KT) are digital utility credits earned as rewards and spent on platform features (like unlocking the Two-Way CRM system for 10,000 KT or boosting advertisements). Kotla Tokens are non-fiat, non-interest-bearing utility tokens. Bids placed in the Auctions & Voting portal are final and governed by real-time transaction constraints.

Professional Client CRM Tool

Medical practitioners, legal professionals, and service consultants who unlock the Client CRM system must ensure they comply with local patient and client confidentiality regulations. Kotla App provides the technology infrastructure but does not store physical documents or guarantee legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Kotla App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. As a non-profit project, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, calls, chats, or services arranged through our platform.
