Kotla App Pakistan Online is a National, Pakistan localized digital platform built for the whole of Pakistan, which started from the community of Kotla Arab Ali Khan by the vision of Babar Ali Khan (from Kotla Arab Ali Khan, Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan). As a free, non-profit community platform built to bridge the gap between local trade and modern digital solutions, our mission is to digitize local businesses, coordinate delivery riders, and offer seamless tools like digital ledgers, community chats, and VoIP calls directly to citizens' hands across every province, district, city, and village.
We do not monetize your personal information, display intrusive third-party ads, or charge commission on merchant orders. Kotla App is funded by community volunteers to serve Pakistani citizens and the overseas diaspora.

We provide full international support, allowing overseas Pakistanis to sign up using non-92 country codes. Through our unified platform, families abroad can directly browse storefronts, order products, coordinate logistics for relatives, and track international shipments with ease.
Operating from Kotla Tower, our digital headquarters, we are driven by the vision to bring every merchant, citizen, and community online. We work directly with local vendors and farmers to digitize their inventory, provide free hardware setup guidance, and offer simplified bilingual apps. By removing the financial barriers of commissions and setup fees, we aim to bridge the digital divide and ensure that no business is left behind in the modern internet age.

Kotla App is a 100% free, volunteer-funded non-profit digital platform. Our intentions are straightforward and pure: we are here solely to help the community, digitize local trade, and preserve the memories and charitable work of our late grandfather, Haji Malik Thekedar Muhammad Latif. We have absolutely no political affiliations and stay completely away from politics.
Our platform security is heavily locked down. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any malicious, illegal, or disruptive behavior, and our automated Security Cop scanner instantly blocks offenders and their devices.
We invite the Government of Pakistan, local administration, and public departments to utilize our dedicated Government & Legal category. Government entities, offices, and utility providers can post public service notices, contact info, and official circulars for free. We ask the public and government agencies to support this volunteer initiative and help us succeed rather than causing administrative difficulties. We are here to serve everyone and facilitate free access to public information.
Funding & Ticket Purchasing Policy:
All voluntary ticket purchases made via the Google Play Store or other channels are used exclusively to maintain and fund database storage, server hosting, app maintenance, and overall infrastructure costs. Because advanced database features (such as the high-capacity CRM vault, promotions, and extensive classified storage) consume significant cloud storage and processing power, we offer these optional ticket-based upgrades. Collecting these tickets on the Kotla ecosystem is strictly a cost-recovery mechanism to ensure the platform can sustain itself and continue providing free basic socializing and listing services to the general public without displaying commercial ads.
