🔒 Complete Data Ownership
You have full ownership of your listings, chats, ledger records, and identity documents. You can request permanent account and data deletion at any time via the settings screen or our website.
Information We Collect
- Profile Information: Full name, phone number (used for login and verification), and selected location (Province, District, and Union Council) to filter content for local relevance.
- Verified Account Records (Optional): If you request a verified badge, you provide image uploads of your CNIC (front/back) and a verification selfie. These documents are stored in secure storage vaults and are strictly accessed by authorized admin moderators for verification purposes.
- Transactional Records: Local ledger (khata) records, product listings, community announcements, and token balances used to calculate transaction volumes, order statuses, and ledger summaries.
- Communication Data: In-app chat messages, VoIP calls log metadata, and device tokens for push notifications. Messages are delivered in real time and stored securely.
Data Security & Safeguards
We implement professional-grade security rules across our server and storage systems:
- Access Controls: Users can only edit or view their own private data, personal settings, and transaction histories. Private phone numbers and documents are shielded from public directories.
- CRM System Encryption: The Two-Way Client CRM system keeps client notes, medical prescriptions, and record stores private and accessible only by the professional (doctor, lawyer) and the specific registered client.
- Transactional Security: All financial and bidding operations utilize atomic transaction blocks to prevent concurrency exploits and balance manipulations.
International User Privacy
For international or overseas accounts, we comply with standard data transmission protocols to guarantee that diaspora data remains secure, encrypted, and isolated from unauthorized third-party access.
